These Terms of Service govern access to novlixadd.com and purchases made through the NOVLIX store. The store is operated by Yancheng Xiaohongniang Culture Technology Co., Ltd. (“NOVLIX”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the site.

1. Store use

You may use the store only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misuse another person’s information or use content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.

2. Product information

We work to present products, colors, dimensions, functions and prices clearly. Screens and lighting can affect color appearance. Concept imagery and explanatory scenes are intended to help show use and scale; the written product specifications and the item supplied govern the purchase.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your request; it does not always mean the order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch because of availability, payment review, pricing error, suspected misuse, destination restrictions or another reasonable operational issue. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

4. Prices and payment

Prices and available payment methods appear at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes or duties are shown or handled according to the destination and checkout information. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery details and for using a payment method you are authorized to use.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Processing and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy. Eligibility and steps for returns, cancellations and refunds are explained in our Return Policy. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location are not limited by these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The NOVLIX name, site design, original copy, product concepts, photographs, graphics and other store content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable law. You may view the site and keep ordinary order records, but you may not reproduce, sell, scrape, republish or commercially exploit store content without written permission.

7. Third-party services

The store relies on service providers such as Shopify, payment processors, analytics providers, carriers and customer-support tools. Their services can be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their content.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the store accurate and available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the store, services or legal requirements. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published. Terms in force when an order is placed normally govern that order.
