Available destinations are shown at checkout. If your address cannot be served by our current delivery network, checkout will not complete or our team will contact you before fulfillment.

Orders normally require up to 5 business days for processing. After dispatch, most deliveries arrive in approximately 10–20 business days. Carrier capacity, customs review, public holidays and remote destinations can add time.

When the parcel leaves our fulfillment network, we send a shipping confirmation to the email used at checkout. The message contains the tracking reference and available carrier link. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show its first scan.

Email service@novlixadd.com as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order only before it has entered fulfillment or been dispatched. Include your order number and the exact change requested.

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the outer package, shipping label and item. We will review the case and explain the available replacement, return or refund path.

Eligible unused products can be requested for return within 30 days of purchase. They must remain in their original condition with packaging and included parts. Please read our Return Policy before sending anything back; unapproved parcels may be difficult to identify.

Enter a valid code at checkout before payment. Unless a promotion states otherwise, one code can be used per order and codes cannot be added after an order is placed.

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a marketing email. Service messages about your account, payment, shipment or support request may still be sent when needed.
